One truck was left with serious damage to its front end, another came to rest about 100 feet from the collision without it’s front tire.
That is what met crews from Lloydminster Fire Rescue, Mounties and EMS workers May 22 at the corner of 49 Ave. and 52 St.
The RCMP stated a vehicle going southbound was “creeping” into the four way stop when a westbound vehicle collided with it’s front end. In the process the front-right wheel assembly came off the westbound truck as it came to rest about halfway between 49 Ave. and 50 Ave.
RCMP reported no serious injuries however the driver of the westbound truck was seen being attended to by firefighters and paramedics at the scene.
There is no word on charges in this case.
