Someone vandalized the Blackfoot Senior Center over the weekend and police are requesting your help in locating them.
According to RCMP PIO Cpl. Mathew Howell, the suspects even managed to get on the roof.
They stripped a roof vent and damaged flowerbeds and mailboxes,” stated Howell. Now Kitscoty RCMP want the public’s help figuring out who did it.
The damage was reported to Kitscoty RCMP after it was discovered May 3. Officers say it occurred between 11 p.m. May 2 and 3 a.m. May 3, 2026.
No footage has been recovered so far.
Police are asking anyone who may have captured something useful to check their recordings. That includes dashcam footage, doorbell cameras, and any other video from the area around the senior centre – including adjoining walking and bicycle paths.
“Anyone with footage is asked to review it and submit anything of interest,” Kitscoty RCMP said in a release.
