The County of Vermilion River (CVR) is responding to reports of a grassfire in the area of Township Road 520 and Range Road 34.
Currently Kitscoty Fire Department, Islay Fire Department and Marwayne Community Fire Department are on scene or responding.
Multiple CVR support services are also on scene, expect heavy emergency traffic and avoid the area if possible.
The incident was originally reported around 11 a.m. this morning.
