Emergency crews are responding to a collision involving a vehicle and a moose north of Sandy Beach.
At approximately 7 p.m., multiple agencies were dispatched to the area just south of Highway 3 on Highway 17. RCMP, Lloyd Rescue Squad and EMS are currently on scene.
There is no confirmed word on injuries. Drivers should expect delays while emergency personnel manage the incident.
Motorists are asked to slow down, give responders space and yield to all emergency vehicles.
