A 51-year-old Lloydminster man is facing five criminal charges, including theft, firearms trafficking and manufacturing an unauthorized firearm, RCMP have confirmed.

None of the allegations against Harley Greene have been tested in court.

RCMP said the investigation began after a complaint filed Dec. 24, 2025, alleging Greene had been stealing and selling company property privately for personal gain for about 10 years.

Greene was arrested and charged Aug. 24. A sworn information filed in Saskatchewan provincial court lists five counts against him, covering a period between January 2019 and November 2025.

The charges include theft of firearm accessories belonging to Insite Arms valued at more than $5,000, possession of a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle believed to be obtained through crime, transferring that rifle without authorization, manufacturing an unauthorized rifle, and possessing firearm accessories for the purpose of trafficking.

Greene appeared in Lloydminster provincial court on Aug. 24. The Crown elected to proceed by indictment.

Crown consented to Greene’s release under conditions, including that he keep the peace and not possess any firearms, weapons or ammunition. He was ordered to dispose of any he has within 48 hours of signing the release order.

He is due back in Lloydminster court on Sept. 21.
