Two men in their twenties were taken to hospital after a fight in Lloydminster’s downtown core Tuesday night.
RCMP, Lloydminster Fire Rescue and EMS responded to an alley near the Royal Bank of Canada at around 8 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Witnesses told The Border Pulse they saw a heavy police presence in the area and watched paramedics load one man into an ambulance.
RCMP confirmed Wednesday morning that both men involved in the fight were taken to hospital. The initial call reported one man was unconscious.
Their conditions are not known at this time.
RCMP said the fight was consensual, and no charges will be laid.
No information is available on why the second man was taken to hospital, or his condition.
