Lloydminster RCMP are seeking the public’s help locating a Turtleford, Sask., man wanted in connection with a targeted gang-related shooting that sent two people to hospital last November.
Robert Lee Plourde, 30, has been charged following a months-long investigation into a Nov. 10, 2025 incident in which two males arrived at the Lloydminster Hospital with gunshot wounds. Police said the injuries were non-life-threatening.
Investigators determined the shooting was targeted and gang-related. Police located the scene of the shooting and an involved vehicle. Working with the Lloydminster RCMP General Inspection Section, Forensic Identification Section and the RCMP National Forensic Laboratory Services, investigators executed search warrants and recovered the firearm believed to have been used.
Plourde has not been located. A warrant is in effect for his arrest.
He faces the following charges:
• Discharge firearm with intent
• Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
• Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
• Possession of a firearm while prohibited (three counts)
Plourde is described as:
• Medium complexion
• 5 feet, 10 inches tall
• 264 pounds
• Teardrop tattoo near his left eye
