Lloydminster city council meets Monday with a packed agenda, including a neighbourhood rezoning, a multi-property tax auction and a new policy for banning unruly customers from city facilities.
The regular meeting starts at 1:30 p.m. in council chambers.
Members will consider first reading on a rezoning near 38 Street and 42 Avenue that would clear the way for more housing in the area. Neighbours are split on the plan.
A public tax auction covering several Alberta-side properties is also on the table, along with an updated conduct policy that sets new limits on how long someone can be barred from city facilities.
They will also weigh a friendship agreement with Frog Lake First Nation, a new external auditor, and an updated sponsorship and advertising policy.
