Battlefords RCMP have charged four adults following a robbery investigation in North Battleford.
Police received a report of a robbery shortly after noon on July 29, 2026.
Investigators determined an altercation broke out between a group of people at a business on 100th Street. A woman was assaulted and threatened with a weapon during the incident, said Battlefords RCMP. She did not report significant injuries.
Later that day, police located and arrested two men and two women on 99th Street in North Battleford. Officers seized a knife one of the women had in her possession.
Four people now face charges as a result of the investigation.
Eagleson Moccasin, 20, of Saulteaux First Nation, is charged with:
- two counts of assault, Section 266 of the Criminal Code
- one count of robbery with a weapon, Section 344 of the Criminal Code
Michael Nicotine, 27, of North Battleford, is faces the following:
- one count of robbery with a weapon, Section 344 of the Criminal Code
- one count of assault, Section 266 of the Criminal Code
Tierra Nicotine, 28, of North Battleford, is charged with:
- one count of robbery with a weapon, Section 344 of the Criminal Code
- one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(1) of the Criminal Code
Hannah Kahpeaysewat, 28, of Moosomin First Nation, is charged with one count of robbery with a weapon, Section 344 of the Criminal Code.
Moccasin, Nicotine, Nicotine and Kahpeaysewat all appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court on July 30, 2026.
The charges have not been proven in court. All four are presumed innocent unless and until convicted.
