A semi-truck struck a guardrail along Highway 17 near Range Road 462 Monday afternoon.
Legacy Regional Protective Services and Saskatchewan RCMP responded after the call came in at 1:49 p.m on March 2, 2026.
Fire Chief Dean Peters said the guardrail was destroyed but did its job, preventing what could have been a more serious outcome.
No injuries were reported.
Traffic was temporarily affected while crews assessed the scene. The highway has since been cleared and emergency responders have returned to station.
