Murder charge laid in North Battleford death; suspect at large

Saskatchewan RCMP have charged a 21-year-old North Battleford man with second-degree murder in the death of 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito and are asking the public for help finding him.

Tyson Cummer faces one count of second-degree murder under Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit laid the charge as a result of continued investigation. The unit is actively working to locate Cummer.

Police are warning the public not to approach Cummer if he is spotted. He is described as:
• 5 feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds
• Brown eyes, black curly hair
• Large scar on his right arm
