A 45 year-old from Lloydminster faces who was allegedly driving while prohibited now faces numerous charges after an incident earlier this week on the city’s east side.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. it is alleged he was involved in an incident which saw a vehicle end up on the front lawn of a home on 37 street.
Witnesses said the other vehicle drove away from the scene.

RCMP confirmed they caught up with the other driver and placed him under arrest.
As a result of the investigation, Brian Neil Kosteriva, 45, Lloydminster charged with:
- Assault with weapon x2
- Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
- Fail to comply
- Driving while prohibited
He was originally remanded in custody. He appeared in front of the Saskatchewan Provincial Court in Lloydminster Jan. 29. He was released on bail and will return Feb. 9, 2026.
