Emergency crews responded to downtown Lloydminster Monday morning after reports of a person on top of the Central Suites Hotel.
Lloydminster Fire and Rescue and RCMP were on scene during the morning rush hour according to a tipster who was headed to work in the area. Multiple “crews” were visible in the area.
RCMP “K” Division Public Information Officer Troy Savinkoff confirmed officers were called at approximately 8:10 a.m. to reports of an individual on the hotel roof with what appeared to be a stick.
“There is no further information available on this call at this time,” said Savinkoff.
