A driver suffered minor injuries after a single vehicle collision near 36 Street and 40 Avenue Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 10:30 a.m., according to RCMP.
A grey Pontiac snapped off multiple protection posts guarding a small retention pond near the intersection.
The vehicle continued about 50 feet inside the protected area before coming to rest against posts closer to the 40 Avenue intersection.
The male driver was treated in an ambulance at the scene. His injuries were described as minor.
Circumstances regarding the incident have led to no charges being laid.
