Lloydminster RCMP have located one of the vehicles sought in connection with a shots-fired investigation near the Travelodge.
S/Sgt. Bruce MacLean confirmed Friday that the damaged BMW SUV has been found.
“One of the BMW SUVs – the one with damage to the rear – has been located,” MacLean said. “The other three vehicles are outstanding and at this time we have no further details for them outside of what we already released. Investigation is ongoing.”
Police are still seeking a second white four-door BMW SUV, a black Dodge Ram pickup truck, and a dark-coloured Hyundai sedan in connection with the incident.
The shots-fired call came in at approximately 7:57 p.m. Thursday near the Lloydminster Travelodge. Police say there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
