The Canadian Natural Resources Field officially opened Nov. 22 as the Holy Rosary Raiders hosted the St. Paul Lions.
The Raiders led 16-15 late in the second quarter before taking complete control. Quarterback Brady Fallscheer found wide receiver Moya Akinloye for two of his six passing touchdowns in the final minutes of the half, giving Holy Rosary a 30-15 lead at halftime.
The momentum swing took the fight out of St. Paul. Holy Rosary shut the door in the second half and closed out a 44-15 win to christen their new home field.
