At approximately 9:20 p.m. last night, Lloyd Rescue Squad was alerted to a collision involving a moose in the coverage area for Britannia.
Initial reports were a car had hit a moose on the 303 approximately 10 miles east of Lloydminster.
Upon arrival, they located the vehicle and the occupant inside. The driver had only clipped the moose, who took off, and ended up in the ditch.
Crews returned to station and were back in service bay 10 p.m.
