RCMP are remaining tight lipped about the presence of a single vehicle holding a scene in the 2700 block of 47 Ave.
The officer was scene guarding an area blocked off by road barricades. They were preventing anyone from going inside the cordoned off area. The corner became extremely slow as parents dropping children at nearby schools negotiated the law enforcement vehicle.
A public information officer for Alberta’s “K” division, which supports the Lloydminster RCMP detachment was unable to provide further details at this time. However, did confirm it was part of an ongoing investigation.
