A teen was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision west of Paynton on Thursday night.
Maidstone RCMP responded to the crash on Highway 16 at about 9 p.m. on March 19, alongside local fire departments, multiple EMS units and STARS air ambulance.
Police say a truck and a second vehicle collided. Investigators are still working to confirm the type of the second vehicle.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the truck, was taken to hospital by ground ambulance with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The driver of the second vehicle was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

A teenaged passenger from that vehicle was airlifted by STARS with serious injuries.
A second passenger, an adult, was also taken to hospital by EMS for further assessment.
The eastbound lanes of Highway 16 were closed for several hours as emergency crews worked the scene, but have since reopened.
Maidstone RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
