A three-vehicle collision near 44 Street and 80 Avenue sent two people to hospital June 8, with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened at approximately 4:35 p.m. . It involved a white Ford Super Duty pickup truck, an SUV, and another vehicle in the eastbound lanes.

Lloydminster Fire Rescue and multiple EMS units responded alongside RCMP. Reports to the newsroom stated traffic was backed up as far as Range Road 13 while crews worked the scene.
Lloydminster RCMP confirmed the Super Duty was following too closely. The driver was issued a traffic ticket for the offence. Both injured parties are expected to recover.
