Vermilion RCMP are asking for the public’s help after three males stole liquor from a Vermilion store earlier this month.
Police say the incident happened on Dec. 12, when three males entered a local liquor store. Two of the suspects distracted the store clerk by luring him away from the till, while the third went behind the counter and took several small bottles of liquor.
As the group was leaving, police say the suspects acted aggressively toward the clerk to divert attention from the theft of a full-size bottle of liquor.
The suspects were not known to the clerk and are not believed to be local to Vermilion.
Vermilion RCMP are asking anyone who can identify the suspects or who has information about the incident to contact police.
