Lloydminster RCMP have concluded their second heavy police presence of the day (Nov. 10). They are now focused on a residence within the Park Manor apartment complex.
A large area in front of one of the buildings, and a section of back ally are taped off at this hour.
Officers, including plainclothes members, K9 units, and both marked and unmarked vehicles, surrounded the complex mid-morning. Police are currently holding the scene.
Earlier in the day, RCMP activity was also seen on Barr Crescent. They have confirmed the two actions are connected.
Police have not yet confirmed whether any arrests have been made. Witnesses report the operation may be linked to a serious incident in the area.
