A pickup truck backed through the front wall of Dede’s Diner on Main Street in Turtleford Monday afternoon. No one was injured.
Turtleford RCMP confirmed the incident occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. on April 21. Turtleford and R.M. of Mervin Fire Department and EMS also responded.
What happened
A truck parked in front of the business reversed into the building’s facade.
One person was inside the diner at the time. They were not struck by the vehicle.
Both the driver and the business occupant were assessed by EMS on scene. Neither reported injuries.
No impairment, no charges
RCMP confirmed the driver was not impaired. No charges have been laid.
Turtleford RCMP continue to investigate.
