Kindersley RCMP have arrested 44-year-old David Piasta, a wanted offender who appeared in the Saskatchewan RCMP’s monthly list of high-risk individuals.

RCMP say officers took Piasta into custody in Kindersley on November 21. He is scheduled to appear in Kindersley Provincial Court on January 20, 2026.

Piasta had been wanted on charges that include forcible confinement, sexual assault with a weapon, uttering threats and theft under $5,000. He was listed in the “still wanted” section of the Saskatchewan RCMP’s November review.

The Saskatchewan RCMP issued an update Friday afternoon correcting a digit in the contact number originally provided for public tips.

The RCMP reminds the public not to approach wanted individuals. Anyone with information about ongoing investigations should call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
