Crews were toned out before 10 a.m. yesterday for a report of a collision between a passenger vehicle and a transport truck near McLaughlin. Paradise Valley Fire Department and County of Vermilion River Protective Services Chief Kirk Hughes were dispatched.
Early information suggested extrication might be required. When firefighters arrived, they determined the situation was less serious and only minor injuries were reported. No heavy rescue was needed.
Crews provided traffic control and assisted with scene mitigation.
Paradise Valley Deputy Chief Lyndon Davies said units returned to service shortly after 11 a.m.
