March spring wheat closed at $5.10 per bushel, down slightly on the day.
March canola closed at $632.80 per tonne, up $12.
March feeder cattle closed at $362.13 per hundredweight, gaining nearly $6.
March oats closed at $2.92 per bushel, lower on the session.
Feed barley is trading around $236 per tonne in central Alberta, according to the latest Alberta Agriculture weekly market review.
Yellow peas are trading around $255 per tonne, based on the same report

Energy Markets:

Western Canadian Select crude closed at US$46.46 per barrel.

West Texas Intermediate was trading around $61.10 US a barrel.


Traffic:

Roads in all directions are considered bare this morning. The is just one ongoing issue is at Deer Creek Bridge.


Weather:
A mix of sun and cloud today with a high of 5 degrees. As of 6 a.m. at the airport, it’s 2 degrees with wind out of the southwest at 16 km/h.
