St. Paul RCMP are on the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision near Ashmont.
Police say the intersection of Highway 28 and Highway 36 is closed while emergency crews respond and an investigation takes place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
Mounties say more information will be released once it becomes available or when the scene has been cleared.
