Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 50 Avenue and 44 Street at approximately 2 p.m. on April 3.
Police on scene reported a red SUV appeared to have struck a black four-door sedan, sending the car spinning into northbound traffic on 50 Avenue. The sedan then made contact with another red vehicle according to RCMP.
Firefighters, EMS, Community Peace Officers and RCMP members all attended the scene.
Traffic was impacted in the area, with 44 Street reduced to one eastbound lane while 50 Avenue appeared to be closed to southbound traffic.
Central Towing arrived quickly to assist in clearing the wreckage, though delays continued in the area as of mid-afternoon.
There was no immediate word on injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
